Singing Lessons

Alfreton music school provide top quality singing lessons to students of all ages and all abilities. We have a reputation for providing the highest quality of vocal tuition in the Derbyhire and Nottinghamshire areas. All singing Lessons are held at our teaching studio in Riddings.

Singing lessons are on a one-to-one basis and our singing teachers tailor the lessons to individual needs. We do also give the option of having a friend or family member sharing the singing lesson with our students, meaning pupils can enjoy learning together. We cater for all ages so both children and adults are equally welcomed to learn to sing with us.

Whether you prefer traditional music, or contemporary music our vocal teachers will get you singing in your preferred style. We teach all vocal styles including Classical, Pop, Rock, Country, Rap and Jazz & Blues.

Our vocal tutors recognise the importance of learning correct techniques when singing and this is something our teachers focus on right from the first lesson.

Singing lessons can lead to public performances at one of our music concerts, or a public performance at a local venue. Exams are also available for anyone wanting to gain a qualification. However, learning to sing for enjoyment and as a hobby is equally encouraged.
