Vanessa Russo

Vanessa is an accomplished musician with many years of experience. Although her specialism is in Violin, Vanessa also teaches Viola, Cello and Double Bass.

Music has been Vanessa’s main passion in life. She Graduated from Birmingham Conservatoire in 2011 with a BA honours degree in music. She then spent the next 4 years touring Europe with several orchesrtras.

Vanessa now focusses on teaching in order to pass her knowledge on to other up and coming violinists. However Vanessa is always looking to get involved in any kind of music activity, and regularly performs with local music societies, orchestras and string quartets.

Teaching music is Vanessas passion and she enjoys passing on her vast knowledge of practice, theory and technique to students of all ages. Vanessa believes learning an instrument should be fun, this approach means Vanessas students enjoy learning and ultimately progress very quickly on their instrument.
